Say goodbye to potholes.

What are potholes?

Potholes are bowl-shaped cavities of varying sizes on a road surface, caused by localised disintegration of material.

How dangerous are they?

Potholes need urgent attention as their size and numbers grow fast under traffic stress, due to continued loss of cohesion in the bituminous mixture. Preserving a road in good condition through periodic repair is significantly cheaper than allowing it to degrade and then rebuilding it.

What's the problem now?

Potholes are currently filled in haste by debris and soil which is usually washed away with the first rain. Filling with cement concrete is also not successful as it has to be kept undisturbed by traffic and the water cured for 4-5 days to gain strength. These are unscientific and antiquated methods.

With over a decade's experience of being the trusted name in pothole and road safety management, bituTech is the first and foremost choice for governments, civic bodies, and private contractors, thanks to the cutting-edge innovative nature of our solutions and dedication to customer service. Get started with our three easy steps.

Clean

Remove loose material, including stagnant water, from the pit.

Fill

Fill the mixture into the pothole. Spread and level 1cm higher than surrounding road surface.

Tamp

Using an iron rammer, tamp the mixture evenly to road level.

Go

As soon as compaction is complete, the road is ready to be opened up to traffic.
