Potholes are bowl-shaped cavities of varying sizes on a road surface, caused by localised disintegration of material.
Potholes need urgent attention as their size and numbers grow fast under traffic stress, due to continued loss of cohesion in the bituminous mixture.
Preserving a road in good condition through periodic repair is significantly cheaper than allowing it to degrade and then rebuilding it.
Potholes are currently filled in haste by debris and soil which is usually washed away with the first rain.
Filling with cement concrete is also not successful as it has to be kept undisturbed by traffic and the water cured for 4-5 days to gain strength.
These are unscientific and antiquated methods.
Remove loose material, including stagnant water, from the pit.
Fill the mixture into the pothole. Spread and level 1cm higher than surrounding road surface.
Using an iron rammer, tamp the mixture evenly to road level.
As soon as compaction is complete, the road is ready to be opened up to traffic.
Utility cuts are the trenches dug on the road for installing underground utilities such as water supply and drainage pipes, power and broadband cables etc. We provide modern and efficient solutions to
patch such openings.

• No skilled workhands necessary, required is only two or three ordinary mazdoors.
• No interruption to traffic. The treated surface can be opened to traffic immediately.
Our mix comes in a workable form, conveniently packed in air-tight double cover 25kg packing, and hence repair is possible even at the early stages of pothole formation when the mix required is less.
Six months if kept in a properly covered area.
With one bag of 25kg, you would be able to cover 5 sq.ft of pothole to 1" depth.
